2011 - 2012 REGISTRATIONS

All families must re-register each year.
 
Registration for the coming year is underway. After June 15, there is a late fee of $50.00.

EVERY CHILD MUST BE BAPTIZED BEFORE REGISTERING FOR THE RELIGIOUS EDUCATION PROGRAM

One Child = $150.00
More than one = $200.00
Eucharist Fee = $35.00 additional

Faith Development fee = $25.00 additional
